Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is printed to order, we can't restock returns the way a regular store can. Here's what's fair:

• Wrong item, damaged, or print defect: we replace it or refund you, no questions. Email charlestownsupply@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue.
• Wrong size: we'll exchange it once per order. You cover the return shipping; we cover sending the new size.
• Changed your mind: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery — items must be unworn and unwashed, and you cover the return shipping.
