Shipping policy

Shipping

Every piece is printed to order just for you. No warehouses, no overstock — but it does take a little time to make before it ships.

• Production time: 2–7 business days
• Shipping time: 3–8 business days after production
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout
• We currently ship within the United States.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays happen — weather, carriers, the usual. If your order hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us at charlestownsupply@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
